Sage Meadows Golf Club facilities will include a 5,000 + sq. ft. clubhouse with a fully stocked golf shop, grill and snack bar, and private lounge. Memberships for the private lounge will be available to the general public for a nominal fee. Property owners utilizing the membership option will have use of the private lounge facilities. Club owned cart storage only will be in the lower section of the clubhouse. A first class practice area and driving range will be located adjacent to the clubhouse with a large teeing ground, putting green and short game practice and lesson areas provided. Designed by Kevin Tucker of Nashville, Tennessee and constructed by Sajo Construction Co. of Houston, Texas, The Sage Meadows Golf Club course will offer an outstanding yet fair and enjoyable test of golf on a beautiful rolling site of meadows, streams, ponds and mature hardwood trees. The greens will be bent grass while the fairways will be zoysia. Tees, roughs and surrounds will be hybrid bermuda.
